Chai -
Popeye's Crème De La Crème (Imp Swe)
BISS, BPISS, BPIS, CC, RCC CAC, RCAC, CACIB winner
Chai is our little Swedish girl from the Popeye Kennel.
Even with the long journey from Sweden she settled in straight away and made her own place within the group.
When training at ringcraft, she showed all of the hard work that her breeder had put in and took to showing easily.

For her first show we thought we would throw her in at the deep end, as we entered her for The Shih Tzu Club of Scotland Championship Show under the judge Helen Howard (Tameron).
She did well in her class and gained a first place, then going on to be placed Best Puppy Bitch and in the end, Best Puppy in Show!
Thanks go to Helen for thinking so highly of her and for the support since this show.

Since her first show Chai has done very well at both championship and open shows.
She gained Best Puppy Bitch at SKC Championship Show, Best Puppy Bitch at East of England Championship Show, Best Puppy in Show at The Shih Tzu Club Championship Show and Best Puppy in Breed at The South Wales Kennel Association Championship Show.
At open shows she has many Best Puppy in Breed's and gained many Utility Puppy Group One placing's and gained a Best Puppy in Show!
One of her best weekends must have been when we attended two breed open shows, The Shih Tzu Club of Scotland Open Show and The Northern Counties Shih Tzu Club Open Show, where at both shows Chai won her classes and was placed Best Bitch and Best in Show!!!!
At Crufts 2014 Chai gained a third in a great junior bitch class under judge Eunice Stephenson (Rosaril).
Since Crufts, Chai has attended a few shows but her recent highlight was gaining her and our first ever Reserve Challenge Certificate at the Scottish Kennel a Club Championship Show under judge Louise Farnworth (Tsantha).
Thank you to all the judges that have thought so highly of this little girl.
